• Complete your course - Available courses have a duration of 6 to 8 weeks  
• Receive 12 months of paid workplace training in a real job environment related to your chosen course.

Verification: Your application will be reviewed and our Admin Team will revert to you via your preferred contact method with feedback within seven working days (latest).

Start Learning: Once your application has been approved. You will be required to fund a fee of R300.00 (once-off) for your certification upon completing your selected course. This fee is required BEFORE you can access our online learning platform as means for us to ensure that individuals participating on our XPL experience are well aware of the task they are undertaking and prepared to do the work required to obtain their certification.

We are willing to fully refund candidates who do not obtain the required marks on their final assessments and therefore fail to acquire the certification the paid for. We urge candidates to discontinue with this application if they are not willing to fund the required fee in order to access our learning platform as we do not access any exceptions on this stated mandate.

Get Matched – Once you have completed your online course we will connect you with a paid workplace training opportunity through our network of workplace training facilities around S.A where you will spend 12 months with the corporation.

Guarantees: We DO NOT guarantee any permanent post upon completing your 12 months paid workplace training although you will have access to our student services dashboard to apply for exclusive posts from our partners.
